great moody shot - I like the person at the end of the road - makes me wonder if they are walking away into the foggy oblivion or coming back.

I agree with blgroover (above) that what makes this photo is the contrast between the deep darks of the left and the bright lights of the right. Well composed.

@GJC: Thanks GJC, I appreciate your comment. What's not shown here was a lamp shortly after the turn to the left, about where the person is standing in the distance. That light source helped out a lot by whitening the entire area along with the fog.
